Return Policy
All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our printing partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include a photo and description of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will investigate and replace the order if necessary.
Wrong Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping it to the correct address.
Unclaimed Shipments
Orders that go unclaimed and are returned will be subject to reshipping fees. If not claimed within 30 days, returned items may be donated or disposed of without a refund.
Returns by Customer
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction. Please review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order. All sales are final.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to health and hygiene concerns, face masks and other sealed goods cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
United States Orders Only
We only ship to and serve customers within the United States. All policies and procedures apply exclusively to U.S. orders.
